Discipline trumps Motivation
As an athlete, father to athletes, trainer to athletes, I have been around sports a long while. I have enjoyed it, playing it , watching it , studied it (still studying it) and now training it.
In that, I have experienced the beauty of the games and also the dark ugly sides of the games.
This has motivated me to reveal everything for the benefits of athlete and parent who endeavours to gain an athletic scholarship ....THAT FULL RIDE.
