M.Harris is a 5 foot 11 freshman at Lake Brantley High School who has been trying to dunk for the last 3 months and after working through our strength , lifting and Plyometrics Paradigm he was able to finally dunk for the first time in his life CRAZY AMAZING . We at AfTS is also excited for him!! By
shifting one program in our paradigm to 80% one rep max ,we were able to achieve optomal preload- functional movements of course were conserved.
